Winton Nightingale was appointed to carry out a review of the catering services and develop a new operational strategy for this prestigious independent school's 1,200 pupils and staff.
The project encompassed a modern free-flow, self-help servery with a 'fast-track' offer to accommodate over 12,000 meals per week, supported by a new tuck shop and vending facility. Specialist advice on temporary catering facilities for the 61 week construction period was also required.
