Winton Nightingale is one of the few catering consultancies to retain both operational and foodservice design consultants in-house. This enables us to provide a comprehensive service and effective design, by our own team of professionally qualified catering consultants, all of whom are able to draw on a broad base of practical, hospitality industry experience.
The consultancy provides a fast and personal service, with a high degree of involvement at director level on all projects. Specialist support is provided in the fields of kitchen and bar design and planning, project management, catering operations, health, hygiene, food safety and mystery diner programmes.
