Project Brief
The design, specification and project management of the installation of performance bars, café bar and Green Room for the RSC in their temporary venue at The Courtyard.
Strategy
Design to be fit for purpose to suit limited lifespan and budget of the theatre (end 2006 to 2010) but to also have the ability to meet the RSC's service delivery standards and commercial objectives.
The consultancy's role also includes advice on operating contract and longer term strategy at the new RST.
