Refurbishment of the Club House at this London sporting club. Project involved working closely with the in-house catering team and extensive consultation with Members to arrive at a brief for a more modern dining facility with on-view chargrill, live cooking and extensive deli-bar. The kitchen was re-modelled to improve efficiency and to service a new table service brasserie. Bars and banqueting facilities were upgraded.
